Front Office Staff. Their knowledge and professional skills

renowned surgical team.
 Leslie
Bonner
Office Manager and CFO
Leslie is a West Palm Beach native, and has been in medicine
for 20 years. She has been with Dr. Bafitis for 10
years.
At the Plastic Surgery Institute of the
Palm Beaches, Leslie manages the Office/Surgical Center
including all human resources and accounting, she has
extensive knowledge of office management techniques and
practices, computer systems and applications and of medical
surgical practices.
Leslie has directed the professional
development and follows the protocols and standards for
certification for AAAHC Surgical Facilities.
She works closely with patients on what
to expect before, during and after surgery, coordinates
and schedules surgeries and financial planning for patient
surgeries.

Gross
Patient coordinator
I am originally from Staten Island, New
York. I have lived in Florida for thirteen years. I have
worked in the medical field for the past seven years,
doing clerical work. I joined Dr. Bafitis and his staff
in 2005.
I enjoy working at The Plastic Surgery Institute of the
Palm Beaches. All of the services that are provided at
the facility are done with such personalization. Every
patient in our office is treated with excellent care both
before and after the procedure. Dr. Bafitis’s staff is
always eager and willing to answer any questions and assist
in any way to make your experience in the office as pleasant
as possible.

 Lisa
Perez - RNFA, BSN CNOR
I graduated from Florida State University School
of Nursing in 1987. I moved to West Palm Beach
in 1991. I have worked in the operating room
both scrubbing and circulating since I graduated.
I have been working with Dr. Bafitis since 2004.
I went to special courses to learn to be a first
assistant in the operating room in order to
better assist Dr. Bafitis. Our office staff
has a very positive attitude with a great flow
of energy. I feel we have a great team here
and very caring staff that are here to please
our clients.

Pat Tishkowsky - - LPN
I graduated from nursing school in Detroit,
Michigan, with continued training in operating
room nursing. I moved to West Palm Beach in
1985 and have been working in plastic surgery
since. I have known Dr. Bafitis for sixteen
years and have been working with him most of
that time. With a team effort we give our patients
a total positive experience from the initial
consult through their entire procedure with
the professional expertise they deserve. |

I love working with Dr. Bafitis and the entire
Plastic Surgery Institute team/family, providing
excellent quality care to all of our patients.
I knew of Dr. Bafitis' reputation for excellence
from the hospital. In late 1999, I consulted
with him about a surgical procedure. In 2000,
I had my procedure with Dr. Bafitis, and later
that same year, I became a part of the team.
So i can truly relate to our patients from both
sides of the staff member and the team.
Prior to becoming a full timer with Dr. Bafitis
I worked for him on an as needed basis, while
maintaining a position at St. Mary's Medical
Center in West Palm Beach, Florida, for almost
16 years. I now work exclusively for Dr. Bafitis.
It is a pleasure and an honor to be part of
such a fine team working together with Dr. Bafitis,
and all members of the surgical team. We all
provide excellence of care to all of our patients,
whatever their needs and/or desires may be.

 Bobbi
Tucker - RNBSN
I graduated from the University of South Alabama
in Mobile, Alabama in 1990 with a Bachelor of
Science degree in Nursing. I gained experience
working in various critical care units including
the burn unit, MICU/CCU and ICU in cities along
the Gulf Coast from New Orleans to Mobile. I
also worked for 4 years as an interventional
radiology nurse. Along with working with Dr.
Bafitis, I work as an outpatient surgery nurse.
Also I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business
Management.
I am a member of Sigma Theta Tau International
Honor Society of Nursing, ACLS, PALS.

Silvester, PA -C
Susan graduated with a Bachelor of Health
Science, Physician Assistant from the University
of Florida in 1989 as a Board Certified Physician's
Assistant with an overall GPA of 3.9.
Susan has a variety of duties, including first
assistant to Dr. Bafitis for Cosmetic Surgery
in the office and hospital settings.
Susan is also responsible for assisting Dr.
Bafitis with pre-operative history and physical
examinations, pre-operative patient education,
pre-operative preparation of patients, monitoring
of patients in the recovery room, post-operative
follow-up visits, suture removal, surgery
scheduling and making daily hospital rounds.
Susan has brought a wealth of knowledge,
experience and professionalism to our practice
for the past 10 years.

I am a licensed aesthetician who has worked for Dr. Bafitis
for 3 years. i Graduated at the top of my class from the
Florida College of Natural Health. “My goal is to assist
every person that comes through my door to feel better about
themselves. For me, it is about the inner beauty first,
and then you are able to work on the outward self. I enjoy
my work and the patients I see. They are like my extended
family. Every day is a new beginning, a new challenge, and
new family member.

Wilbanks
Estheticians technician
My name is Amanda Wilbanks and my background is in the fitness
industry. I have worked in this industry for 20 years. I
have worked with Dr. Bafitis for 4 years in the skin department.
I work as an LPG technician, I see the patients after they
have had their surgeries. The machine I work with is a deep
tissue massage that helps the tissue to heal by flushing
out toxins and helping with circulation as well as smoothing
out the texture of the skin. People also love this procedure
as it helps to reduce the look of cellulite and give the
skin a better texture as well as help the body to lose inches.
I love my job and the people I work with. This office is
very friendly and willing to help you at all times. Dr Bafitis
is an excellent surgeon and a wonderful person to work for.
 Sulema
Trevino
Sulema began her training in Micro-pigmentation, also known
as Permanent Cosmetics, in 1993. She studied in Canada for
several years with Madame Richard, the first author on Permanent
Makeup. Sulema worked with Madame Richard, who is known
for creating the hair technique for natural looking eyebrows,
and has now developed the technique in hair simulation for
the eyebrows and scalp. This technique looks more natural
than any over-the-counter makeup available. She is now an
educator and uses her expertise to train others in her field.
Sulema is board certified, licensed and insured. As for
her affiliations, she is a diplomat of the American Academy
of Micro-pigmentation, the only non-profit organization
for permanent makeup lead by physicians. She also belongs
to the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals and
the American Council of Dermagraphic Research, which provide
the latest technology and continuing education in her
skill.
